The Tradition

Shopiere Days is a long-held tradition in southern Rock County. The event dates back to the 1950's and started to celebrate Independence Day, with a twist. Previous Shopiere Days events included horse pulls, a bridge dance, combine demolition derbies, bed races, duck races, tug-o-war and more.
